KARACHI, June 6 Yellow 'A', Yellow 'B' and Black 'B' won their matches while Orange 'A' was awarded a walkover in the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) U-12 Hockey Tournament at the Olympian Iftikhar Syed Sports Academy (OISSA) on Saturday evening.

In the first match, Yellow 'A' beat Maroon 'A' 2-1.

The goals for the winners were scored by Obaid Khan and Ehsan Anis while Hunain Niazi reduced the margin for the losing side.

The next encounter saw Yellow 'B' edging past Green 'A' 1-0. The lone goal was scored by Fazil.

This was followed by Black 'B' trouncing Orange 'B' 3-0.

The goals were scored by Jameel (two) and Liaquat (one).

Finally, Orange 'A' was given a walkover when Green 'B' failed to show up on time.

The matches were also watched by MPA Sindh Assembly Muzammil Qureshi, the chief guest on the occasion.

The tournament's remaining matches have been postponed in view of the city's weather condition. —Agencies
