Sarabjit’s family members arrive in Pakistan

LAHORE: India’s deathrow-convicted spy Sarabjit Singh’s wife, sister and two daughters arrived in Pakistan from India through the Wagah border on Sunday after the Pakistani government granted them visa on an emergency basis, DawnNews reported.

Counsel for Sarabjit, Owais Shaikh, received the family members at the Indo-Pak land border at Wagah wheres the convicted Indian spy’s sister talking to media persons said that sh had arrived in Pakistan along with her sister-in-law and two nieces to visit Sarabjit Singh.

Wife of Sarabjit Singh, addressing media persons, appealed to the Pakistani government to provide the best treatment available to her critically injured husband and also hoped for his pardon and release on humanitarian grounds.
