ISLAMABAD, Jan 13: President Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Zafarullah Khan Jamali attended a briefing about the fast-changing regional and international security situation, held at the Foreign Ministry here on Monday.

The top leadership of the country was briefed in detail on the current national and international foreign policy issues, by Foreign Secretary Riaz Khokar during the first such meeting.

The two leaders were informed of the problems being faced by Pakistanis because of the new immigration and registration rules announced by the United States recently.

They were also informed of the latest developments on Iraq and North Korea.
