PAF face Navy in opener

ISLAMABAD, Dec 28: PAF have been drawn to play Navy in the opening match of the 38th National Volleyball Championship starting in Wah Sunday.

Defending champions Army will take on Sindh in the day’s second match while NWFP are up against Railways.

Other matches on the first day are: Wapda v Balochistan, POF v Islamabad, Wapda v PTCL, Police v Fata, Punjab v Pak Boards and Higher Education v AJ&K.

The 17 teams in the championship have been divided into four groups which are: A: Army, NWFP, Railways, Sindh B: Wapda, POF Wah, PTCL, Islamabad, Balochistan C: Police, Punjab, Pak Boards, Fata D: PAF, Navy, AJ&K, Higher Education.
