PESHAWAR, March 5: The NWFP President of the Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI), Nawabzada Mohsin Ali Khan, has said the party believes in providing equal opportunities of health, education and employment to the poor and rich.

Addressing a public meeting at Swati Phatak here the other day, the former provincial finance minister said the PTI would change the present system to pave the way for good governance in the country if it came to power. He also claimed that the PTI would emerge as the single largest party in the upcoming general elections.

On this occasion Malik Azizullah and Shaukat Ali joined the PTI, and tendered resignation from the membership of the Awami National Party. Whereas Zahid Khan, Haji Javed, Haji Qamar Zaman, Haji Sharif, Ijaz Khalil, Purdil Khan and Shah Wazir of the PPP also joined the PTI.

PTI provincial leaders Dr Mohammad Afzal Khan, Zakria Khan and Shah Farman were present on the occasion. The president said the PTI would provide a clean leadership to the country.—Bureau Report
