KARACHI, March 4: A triangular series involving Pakistan, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and host India will be held in Chandigarh (India) in May, President Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Association (PBSA) Ali Asghar Valika disclosed on Thursday.

He said basically this was a return visit of Pakistan to India after India-Pakistan Peace Cup Snooker Series held here in December last. PBSA chief said besides this, the organisers decided to include UAE in the series to make it a triangular affair.

He said four to five day series will be held between May 15 to 30. He said the organisers will communicate the exact dates to them in couple of weeks.

He said the organisers of the series will also inform them (PBSA) about the format of the series in due course of time. The three teams will comprise of four cueists and Pakistan team for the event will be picked on the basis of national ranking after the ranking tournament in April. -APP
