PARACHINAR, Aug 12: Three persons were killed and two injured when two groups of militants clashed in Chappari area of Lower Kurram tribal region on Tuesday, officials said.
They said that Baqir Khan, head of a militant group from North Waziristan region, clashed with a local militant group in Chappari headed by Rauf Khan. Both groups exchanged fire.
Baqir Khan along with one his supporters and Rauf Khan were killed in the gun battle. Two others sustained bullet injuries.—Correspondent
