Missing baby’s body found

SUKKUR, July 31: The body of a five-year-old girl was found in the outskirts of Kandhkot on Thursday.

Aasia, daughter of Ghulam Hussain Chachar, resident of Golimar area, had gone missing since Tuesday morning.

On Thursday afternoon, some people saw her body in the outskirts of Kandhkot and informed the police, which removed the body to the local hospital for post-mortem.

Her father told the police that his daughter was wearing gold earrings, which were missing now and doubted that she might have been killed for the sake of gold earrings.—Correspondent
