Five kite sellers arrested

RAWALPINDI, March 24: The local police have arrested five kite sellers for violating a ban imposed on the business in the city.

On the directives of city police officer Saud Aziz, SP Rawal Town Khurram Shahzad Warraich initiated the action and also confiscated thousands of kites, strings and other items used in kite flying.

The police have warned the kite sellers not to violate the law, adding strict action would be taken against the violators.—APP
