All affiliated units have been asked to submit the names of two representatives to SOA secretary, Ahmad Ali Rajput, before Jan 7 to attend the aforesaid meetings.

The SOA has a 29-member electoral who will vote to elect office-bearers for a four-year term. They include badminton, body building, boxing, baseball, cycling, canoeing, football, golf, gymnastics, handball, hockey, judo, kabaddi, karate, netball, shooting, rowing, skiing, squash, swimming, sailing, table tennis, tennis, taekwon do, tug of war, volleyball, weightlifting, wrestling and wushu.

Besides the election, the meeting, among other things, will confirm the minutes of the previous general body meeting held on June 3 last year, approve the annual activities report (2006-07) and the accounts (2005-07).
