KARACHI, Nov 6: A PIA release on Tuesday has informed all Haj pilgrims that the General Authority of Civil Aviation, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has imposed a restriction on the highest limit of checked-in baggage for returning Hajis.

The Hajis will now be allowed to carry baggage up to 32kgs only. No excess baggage will, therefore, be allowed by the PIA staff in return flights. The excess baggage, if any, will be charged accordingly.

The passengers have also been informed that hand carry baggage up to 7 kgs would be allowed. The Hajis will also be provided packaging and transportation facility for up to 10 litres of Abe Zam Zam free of cost.—PPI
