KARACHI, March 5: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan has asked the city government to prepare a comprehensive plan to revive and rehabilitate the Safari Park, Aziz Bhatti Park and others in the metropolis in order to provide more recreational facilities to the people.

He said this while speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Go Aish Adventure Park at Safari Park on Monday evening.

The governor appreciated the concept of Go Aish Adventure Park and observed that the project was first of its kind not only in the country but in Asia.

The governor said that the government was ready to support all those who wanted to introduce such projects in the city. He also directed the city government to help the foreign and local investors for such kind of recreational projects.

He said that the provincial government would fully cooperate and support the city government for the revival and rehabilitation of Safari Park, Aziz Bhatti Park and all others recreational facilities, which are in dilapidated condition.

Dr Ibad congratulated Mustafa Kamal and Chairman Go Aish Adventure Inbisat Mallick for providing a state-of-the-art recreational facility to people. The Adventure Park was built on public-private partnership in the hills of Safari Park.

Earlier, in his welcome address city nazim Mustafa Kamal said that the project of Go-Aish Adventure Park was initiated as part of the public-private partnership.
