PESHAWAR, April 6: NWFP Local Government and Rural Development Minister Sardar Mohammad Idrees has said that the provincial government is taking necessary steps for the promotion of tourism and the Galliyat Development Authority has been reactivated.

Speaking at an open kutchery in Nathiagali on Thursday, the minister, who is chairman of the authority, said its board of directors had approved certain development schemes for Ayubia and Nathiagali. He said car parking facilities with a capacity for 200 vehicles in Nathiagali and 100 in Ayubia had been approved.—PPI
