Two people gunned down in Balochistan’s Khuzdar

QUETTA: Two people were killed in a firing incident in Khuzdar town of Balochistan province early on Sunday.

Police said gunmen on a motorcycle opened fire at a vehicle in Sakran area of Khuzdar town in wee hours of Sunday, killing two people on the spot.

The dead bodies were shifted to civil hospital Khuzdar for postmortum and identification.

However, the assailants managed to escape from the spot.

Police said the incident appears to be an act of target killing. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
