KARACHI Abdul Rehman's dying minutes goal gave KESC full points with a 2-1 victory against Karachi Port Trust (KPT) in the Premier League football at Korangi Baloch Stadium on Sunday.

After a barren first half, it was KPT who drew first blood when Mohammad Zahid came into action in the 77th minute off an Ismail Baba cross.

But KESC retaliated within 60 seconds as Rehman slotted home his first from almost 25 yards to put the game on an even keel.

Rehman broke the deadlock just a minute before the final whistle when he slammed home through a header following an Aurangzaib cross.

KESC, having Pakistan star player Mohammad Essa in their ranks, might have won with a bigger margin had they not missed sitters.

NBP will meet PIA at the same venue on Tuesday.
