LAHORE, Jan 29: The Shadman investigation police claimed on Tuesday to have arrested the managing director and the manager of Efroze Chemicals Laboratories, Karachi, near Lahore airport. According to the city police spokesman, a team captured Nadir Feroze Khan and Shakeel Ahmad Khan who were declared guilty by a committee of senior police officers probing the PIC scam. Feroze’s relatives said the police in civvies had already picked them up outside the sessions court on Thursday last when they came out after appearing in a court to secure bails in a case lodged against them with the Shadman police. Mohsin, Feroze’s relative, had earlier told Dawn by phone that four policemen in plainclothes appeared in an Elite Police van, bundled Nadir and Shakil into it and took them away. — Staff Reporter
