MARDAN, June 9: Pakistan International Human Rights (PIHR) has awarded ‘certificate of honour’ to Dr Mohammad Tahir Khan, Medical Superintendent of District Headquarters Hospital, Mardan, for his matchless services in the field of health.—Correspondent
