EoIs invited for PECO land

ISLAMABAD, April 15: The Privatization Commission has invited Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from the interested parties to participate in the bidding process for purchase of the land at Badami Bagh, Lahore owned by Pakistan Engineering Company Limited (PECO), on “as-is-where-is” basis through the competitive bidding process.

According to Privatization Commission (PC), the area of PECO Badami Bagh land is situated in the South of Lahore Railway station and in the North of Badami Bagh Railway station.

Total measurements of the total 81 Khasra Nos are 268 Kanals, 15 Marla and 186

Sq-Feet.

The PC has asked the interested parities to send their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with non-refundable processing fee of Rs15,000 only by May 9.

Interested parties submitting EOIs will be provided a summary profile free of cost from the Privatization Commission and they would be given opportunity to visit the site on any working day on prior appointment with the Privatization Commission.
