ICAP president

KARACHI, Sept 14: Imran Afzal has been elected president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) for the year 2007-08.A press release by ICAP stated that the institute at its meeting also elected Shaikh Saqib Masood as vice-president (South) and Rafaqatullah Babar as vice-president (North).

Mr Imran Afzal, a fellow member of the institute, qualified in 1985. He started professional practice in 1986, the press release noted.
