Benazir murder case: FIA has 14 days to submit charge sheet against Musharraf

RAWALPINDI: In the Benazir Bhutto murder case, the special Rawalpindi anti-terrorist court gave 14 days’ time to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to submit a charge sheet against former military ruler Pervez Musharraf, DawnNews reported.
ATC special court judge Chaudhry Habibur Rehman heard the case.
During the hearing, Chaudhry Muhammad Azhar, special prosecutor for the FIA, requested the court to grant him 14 days’ time to submit a charge sheet. The court granted the request and directed Azhar to present the charge sheet upon the next hearing of the case.
Moreover, Musharraf’s counsel, Barrister Salman Safdar filed an application on behalf of his client for exemption from court attendance during the Benazir murder case.
The court issued a notice to the FIA upon Musharraf’s request and adjourned the hearing to July 11.

FIA should submit the charge sheet at time. Musharaf has come to Pakistan, but it will be difficult for him to leave without getting the punishment by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He may be involved in the Benazir Assassination case, so he along with his companions should be punished.

Is there any law in Pakistan. The CJ used to be one of the most respected position in Pakistan but the corrupt judiciary has put a bad label on it. Now people will never have any faith in our judicial system. When an expert of law on a strong seat is bent upon finding flaws in a person what the outcome will be is everybody's guess.
Its like a powerful boss trying to find mistakes in the work of his subordinates. Such an easy job it is. But there is God to save those having no one to defend them.

The courts are biased against Musharraf. There is not even a charge sheet and they had ordered his arrest before finally issuing bail after weeks of no progress. How is Musharraf involved in this case? Haven't you read the UN, Scotland Yard and Pakistan's own investigation led to the taliban behind the assassination? Personal vendettas and biases leading to unjustice, that's all you are going to get in this case.

It is sad that the people who actually committed the crime are scott free. And an innocent person, actually a person who made this country respectable is being tried. His only crime is that he is honest and sincere to this country. That is what he is being punished for.
During his tenure, did we ever hear anything about his family being involved in politics or demanding any special protocol? See how the families of various people in power now, are getting all the benefits.

You are right there is Allah to save those having no one to defend them. When His jalaal will be in action these present Liliputians will see His ghazab and then they will not find any place including their don arsalan to hide themselves. All Akbar and his no rattan will see their ek din lohaar ka very soon Insha Allah. We have believe in Allah's justice which is actual, true and the fairest. Musharraf sahib and Pakistan se mohabbat karne wale abhi sirf sabr karain aur Allah ki laathi ka intizaar karen jo bohat jald zalimon ke sar par barasne wali hai. Ghuroor aur takabbur ka sar hamesha neecha hota hai. Every body has a day and that day is very very close to these actual dictators of Pakistan.
